Five-Field Cron Syntax
Cron's five fields are minute 0-59, hour 0-23, day 1-31, month 1-12 and weekday 0-7 (0/7 Sunday). * means any, / is a step, - is a range and commas are lists.
Symbols
*: every value; */15: every 15 units.
1-5: range; 1,15: list.
Weekday 0 and 7 both mean Sunday.
Day vs weekday
When both are restricted, Vixie cron runs if either matches.
To run by weekday only, set day to *; to run by date only, set weekday to *.
